TCS at VIT

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) would be conducting combined recruitment drive on 15^th May and 16^th May 2010 at VIT University.

Agenda:

15^th May 2010 – 8.30 a.m. - Pre-placement talk and On-line test.

16^th May 2010 –  8.30 a.m. - Technical and HR interview for the short-listed students

Note:

1. Only registered students of VIT Placement consortium would be allowed to participate in the selection process.

2. Please inform your students to prepare well for selection process, as TCS is coming with open numbers for recruitments.

3. User fees (Rs.7900/-) would be collecting immediately after the selection process (within one week) from the selected students, as TCS would be sending the offer letters directly to the students.

4. VIT Placement office would be sending TCS model question papers to your e-mail id and you are requested to circulate to the same to the students.

Registration of Applicants:

All the candidates appearing for the TCS recruitment process at DT drives have to register on the TCS Careers portal (http://www.careers.tcs.com > Entry level – Direct Applicants > Engineering Graduates and Post Graduates) and get the unique DT reference id. No student would appear for TCS Campus recruitment process without a proper DT reference id.

Eligibility criteria:

· BE / B.Tech (IT / Computer Science / ECE / EEE) 2010 passouts only

· Consistent 60% aggregate from 10th onwards

· Only Full Time courses will be considered

· No Extended Education

· Break in studies maximum up to 2 yrs is permissible ONLY with VALID reasons

Compensation:

Rs. 3,15,787 per annum.
